Exchanges
You may exchange your order for store credit within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment. To start you exchange, please email info@wyldempyre.com and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form. Wyld Empyre™ will include a prepaid mailing label in your package that is to be attached to the outside of your return package. If you made your purchase in-store, simply contact our team to make your return or exchange in person. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for exchange or reimbursement. If the above conditions are met, you will receive store credit for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
